Optimization / Spirospray ®
Spirofil-Averinox optimizes also wastewater treatment systems. If your dewatering installation (sieve belt press, plate filter press, dewatering table, etc.) does not operate optimally, this may lead to excessive / not optimal sludge production (sludge is the wet residue produced during wastewater treatment). We are able to analyse your wastewater treatment process (if required, as a supplement to the inspection that can take place during regular maintenance) and determine whether improvements are possible. This means that your dewatering installation can be optimised and the costs related to sludge dewatering and processing can subsequently be better controlled.

If a spiral belt or woven belt is used under normal conditions, contamination will be minimal and it will be kept clean appropriately by the system present on an installation. If a change in the sludge composition occurs and dirt starts to accumulate in the pores of the belt, this will not be cleaned by this conventional system. Spirofil-Averinox has developed a suitable solution that does not require that the existing machine be adjusted: the Spirospray®.
